I had just purchased a home where the key to the vintage lock was missing. Derek cane out and took it apart carefully and tried his very best to keep the lock but in the end it just wasnt possible. He came back the next day and lut a new lock on. Derek’s work was articulate and detailed and was careful to not destroy or damage anything. He communicated incredibly well all along the way. 10/10 would recommend.

I used Snap & Crack to help me get a broken key out of my ignition on a Saturday morning. They sent out an awesome tech named Derek who was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He had the broken key removed and a new one made for me in less than 20 minutes. Not all heroes wear capes. THANK YOU!
