“I had a wedding guest dress that I needed altered in one week. It was completed on time, and when I tried it on at home (without my heels on) I wasn’t sure if I liked it. I called and expressed my concerns and they offered to stay open late for me to be able to come in and have it back to me the next day so I could still wear it for the wedding. When I went back in and tried it on with my heels, I loved how elegant it looked. I was so busy and stressed that I panicked before trying it on with my shoes and took it out on the man who did the alterations. The only thing he expressed was patience, and I could not be more grateful. Truly cares about his customers and is willing to do whatever it takes for them to be satisfied with his work.
