BEWARE - Premier Dental just refused me service because I didn't want to provide my ss# - they had all my ins info, ins ID#, copies of ins cards, all provided previous.
The manager - Emily - asked me for ins ID *OR* MY ss# - I said sure I can give you my ID again. All my info the same as 6 months ago and that visit was paid in full with my ins.
Then the manager -Emily- decided that even though she said my ins ID is what she wanted - she decided that they would NOT see me for my cleaning.

my dentist was so sweet, she took care of me quick and painless... highly recommend

The office was bought by a new dentist. I believe the whole staff there now are frauds and telling patients they need work done that doesn't need to be done so that they can make more money. If you do not contact them to reschedule they will called and text your phone nonstop.
