“We worked with Scott Hall Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Our experience with their team was great from beginning to end. We met with one of the owners, Bryn, several times before feeling ready to commit to our project. Bryn and his team were patient with us, walked us through everything, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The design process was as overwhelming as you would expect, but Callie, their designer, was wonderful and walked us through each step, making it as easy as possible. She tweaked our design with different options and helped us make decisions. She was always available for a quick call or text when last minute things would pop up. Construction wasn’t as messy or intrusive as we were expecting. All precautions were taken to minimize dust and disruption to the rest of the house, which was wonderful. Dan, our project lead, was the best. He took so much pride in his work and it showed in everything he did. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were meticulous. We were so happy to have him on our project. There were several other people who helped on our project and everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and did impeccable work. When our project was finished, Bryn circled back around with us to make sure everything was perfect and all loose ends were resolved. We really can’t say enough good things about our experience. The best part for me was that the Design Team (Jim Deen in particular) provided suggestions as to which products and colors to choose, and we were able to see samples beforehand in their showroom. The Project Management Team and workers were very professional and organized, and kept us up-to-date with weekly reports. “We contracted with Functional Living Design Group/Organized Home Remodeling/Buckeye Kitchens and Cabinets to do a complete kitchen remodel from the studs out. They started on time and over the course of the project were exceptional in communicating all aspects of the work whether it was timing, what they were doing, who was doing it, or how it was to be accomplished. No surprises! I had a vision and their designer was instrumental in leading us to the vendors who could help achieve that vision. With a job of this scope, the construction crew was in the house daily for several months. Our primary carpenter, Justin, was personable, knowledgeable, an excellent craftsmen… AND charming and engaging.The kitchen is in the center of our house and you must pass through it to the other areas. They did a great job containing the construction dust so it didn’t migrate and spent time to clean up at the end of every work day so that we weren’t left with a mess.The end result is everything I’d hoped for. I want to commend Chris Harper (design consultant on scope), Andrea Conley (on cohesive, attractive designs), Nick Loschiavo (on managing the entire project, finishing ahead of schedule), Braydon Gomes (project lead, great carpenter), Bob Tobin (exquisite carpentry), Marc Heath (field manager who made sure we were doing OK), Brad and his electricians (Hayden, Jordan, Bill), plumbers Adam and Isaac, tiling at the artistry level by Conway, concrete work by Kevin and Dylan, Daniel and Schluter materials installation, Edwin and Jose' dry walling and ceiling stippling, Jamie and Aaron HVAC work, Jim the painter, and Brady who did demo. Great coordination by Nick on bringing in fireplace techs, countertop and glass techs, stone tech, and appliance package installers. Managed to tent off work areas and clean up every night, which is a big deal.“
