Jacob had knocked on my door when I was in the middle of doing an insurance claim for storm damage on my roof. He was doing what an intelligent company would do and looking for customers who needed their type of service. He noticed the damage and answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I had dealt with claims on my roof before by myself and was not satisfied with the results because the insurance companies can be extremely difficult. I was slightly skeptical because of the canvassing nature (door knocking) that we had met. Jamie came out to inspect my roof and was incredibly professional and straightforward. He didn’t try to upsell anything and was honest about there being no damage at this time. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s clearly knowledgeable and focused on doing what’s right for the customer. I’d absolutely work with him in the future and recommend him to others.
Jordan Bautista-Sierra conducted roughly a 40 minute inspection today May 22. He was friendly and very professional. Our roof met code and has one very small hole that wasn't leaking and that was it.
