Calob Brewer was on time, checked the Furnace systematically and explained each of the check to the customer and completed the inspection with a report. Appreciate the professionalism.

He came at a pretty late hour as a last minute replacement.
He was thorough, patient and gave me multiple options to help resolve the problem.
It gave me clarity on how to proceed.
The only reason I knocked down a * is because the options were beyond my budget and as such, decided to go a different route.
