Apex was able to get me in for a service call the next day. When I found out I needed a whole new A/C system, they were able to do it same day, even though it was a Saturday. The crew was very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about their job and the product. I highly recommend APEX for your HVAC needs!
We woke up to a cold house and quickly realized something was wrong with our heater. I booked an appointment online early that morning for the same day. Michael showed up at my house that afternoon with a smile. He took a look at the boiler and within 10 minutes had it back up and running. He was professional, friendly, and compassionate. I appreciate the time he took to teach me a little more about my heating system as well as what went wrong. He was able to work with me on the price, giving me a fair deal. Apex pros came to my house to install a light fixture in my closet and the professional, Shram did a great job. He also provided insight and help into a plumbing issue and scheduled another apex pro to come out and fix the issue. Thanks!
