These are the best knives. I can easily cut through a watermelon. I've had mine for 9 years and they still look brand-new. I bring them in every year or two for a sharpening. They also have a nice selection of local goods in the store. Great place to stop for quick gift.

Would highly recommend these knives and this company. The knives are extremely high quality and hand crafted. If taken care of, they last for generations. My family has knives left from my great grandparents from this company. Recently, they helped me with a difficult exchange and were professional, kind, and flexible.
