We used RA Moser to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and install a new zoning system last fall. The team at Moser did a great job and we highly recommend them to anyone in our area. They were very professional and came out several times to ensure we were comfortable with their plan before we decided. Best local heating and cooling company. Emergency service is top notch. On two occasions in dead of winter on a weekend evening. They were prompt, fixed heating issues (blower and starter). Prices always fair.Brian added coolant in our old AC for the second year, courteous and professional . I talked to Brian after being recommended by a friend to RA Moser...Mind you its January in Ohio and we have a newborn baby in the house... and the heat went out! This friend and I went through a few steps to fix the furnace but none worked.... Brian walked me through a few steps over the phone and i even sent him a video via text to show him what was going on. Within minutes the furnace was back on and working without him even visiting the house. So grateful to talk to a guy who genuinely wanted to help and wasn't looking for my wallet.
