Although we made the trip, several factors brought us back home. Sifferlin then contacted another veterinarian who agreed to the surgery. Unfortunately, they discovered that our precious girl had cancer throughout her abdomen and we had to say goodbye to her. Sifferlin then sent us a sympathy card. ❤️“

“Knowledgeable staff when it comes to normal household pets but they don't take care of their chinchillas the right way. None of the local pet stores seem to - they have them in wire cages which are not good for their paws with plastic which they can't chew on because it will make them sick... if you buy an exotic pet ... do appropriate research. Don't just trust anyone.“
