I wanted to get my mother-in-law a shampoo & haircut, but we'd driven from far off. They took her without an appointment & did a great job. They were very kind to her, & had a cheaper senior haircut rate.

They are a very friendly and welcoming staff- but they are so BUSY! The best way to manage your visit is to download the Great Clips app, this allows you to "sign-in" from a distance, and then the app will alert you when your turn in line is 15, 20 minutes away. I sign-in at my work, then head to the location when I know my turn is coming. Otherwise, it's nearly always a 45-60 min wait in the store.Service: Haircut
