I had my metal pole barn insulated by Spray Foam Genie recently. They were professional and did a fantastic job masking off all surfaces that weren't to be coated. I can already tell a difference in the temperature inside the building on hot days. The insulation also makes it feel less 'tinny'. I'm overall very satisfied.

About 3 weeks ago our furnace quit working on a very cold weekend. After leaving a message, a tech came to our home within a couple of hours to find the problem. Recently, my 14 year old Carrier Infinity furnace started making a lot of noise when the inducer motor came on. So, I turned it off. I called one HVAC company up, and and the guy they sent out said that I should get a new furnace. I also called another HVAC company up for a 2nd opinion, and the guy that they sent was a little older, and said that he had seen this before: the seal between the inducer motor and the inducer fan had gotten dried out over the last 14 years, which is understandable. So, he put a few drops of oil on it, and it stopped the noise, and hasn't been a problem 3 days ever since. I'll probably have him come back and replace the seal entirely, but there is no hurry to do so now. According to him, replacing the seal can be an issue because you may need to replace parts when taking the the inducer fan apart, and depending upon how hard it is to get the fan blade off the shaft. But it is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a new furnace.
I had a great experience with the service department today. It was a routine oil change, but they also rotated my tires at no extra charge. They were significantly less than the chain fast change shop I was using. I feel better having a reputable dealer doing my service on a vehicle they sold to me.

We used RA Moser to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and install a new zoning system last fall. The team at Moser did a great job and we highly recommend them to anyone in our area. They were very professional and came out several times to ensure we were comfortable with their plan before we decided. The technician (Jacob) called ahead, arrived ready to troubleshoot. found the problem quickly, (low charge ) instead of just adding gas, checked for the leak , it was in the outside unit not repairable 17year old system. polite knowledgeable very impressed .
Called to see if I could get an appointment for my cat who developed an abscess on her face. I was not a client/patient and my regular vet was not available, they were willing to see me later in the day instead of referring me to the emergency vet clinic in Canton, which would have cost me at least $2000. Since I work in emergency medicine, there is nothing more frustrating than being told to go to the the ER for something your regular provider can address! So, that speaks volumes to me that this clinic was willing to see my cat when I was not an established client! Very much appreciated. Thank you!

Sifferlin guided us through a most difficult experience. After discovering fluid in our dog's abdomen, they recommended a facility where surgery could be done. Although we made the trip, several factors brought us back home. Sifferlin then contacted another veterinarian who agreed to the surgery. Unfortunately, they discovered that our precious girl had cancer throughout her abdomen and we had to say goodbye to her. Sifferlin then sent us a sympathy card. ❤️
