My SUV broke down and had to be towed. After trying to get several other companies to come and get my vehicle, Ohio Tow came right away. The driver, John, was very courteous and professional and made me feel very comfortable about having my vehicle towed. This is not the first time my family has had experience with Ohio Tow And I would highly recommend them to anyone. No one wants to have their vehicle towed but it does happen And John made me feel very comfortable and had ease about having it towed.

I used OHIO TOW LLC through my insurance company and cannot speak to payment or processing but the towing service was wonderful. I had to have my BMW towed from my home to MAG and OHIO TOW LLC did a great job. Jason arrived and took great car in getting my vehicle out of my garage and on the tow bed. They are the only tow company/ Jason is the only person so far that has not scraped the front end of my BMW while getting it up onto the bed. He delivered my vehicle to MAG quickly and professionally making the ordeal of having my vehicle serviced easier. I would recommend this company.Service: Special vehicle towing
