I have tried other barbers in the county and I always come back to Jo Ann's. The ladies are friendly, good for conversation, and above all do a great job. Prices are very reasonable too.
Best barber shop in Delaware! I am a current senior at OWU and I wish I had found this place earlier. Angie was efficient and gave me a sick haircut. Would definitely recommend to anyone.Services: Haircut
Walk ins are welcome, but keep in mind covid regulations. They can only have so many people in there, so make an appointment. Angie is my personal favorite, but have had cuts from I think all the ladies. They give straight razor neck shaves, hot towel afterward, and a short massage. Reasonably priced, and always a conversation if you want it.
