One thing we learned is that not all carpet cleaners are the same. We had been using the chain cleaners for years and decided to give Five Star a try. Not only was the equipment surprisingly quiet as he worked through our home but Joel’s attention to detail is unbelievable. We walked around the house to see the results, and were shocked that they looked brand new. Our house came with light colored carpet so to get it as clean as he did is next to impossible. All pet and stains in general were gone, everything smelled fresh! I highly recommend 5 Star. He is the owner so you're dealing directly with a person who cares the most about his own company. Five Stars are not enough!
