I've been taking my furry friends here since I moved to the area over a decade prior, and still go even though it is not at all convenient for me now. The staff have always been super helpful and considerate, and seem to know and remember my kitties even if they don't see them all that frequently (thank goodness!). They were also very compassionate when the time came to put one of them to rest. Prices are reasonable for the quality of care, and I've never felt pressured or guilted into certain treatment options, nor denied them either. We have been taking our dogs to Cheshire Crossing for about 5 years now and have been extremely happy with them. Our current dog Jam was nervous about the vet and the staff worked with him to get him more comfortable. Now he sprints inside for lean treats every visit. Very caring staff, they have helped us through putting our old dog down, various health issues, and regular checkups throughout the years.

Dr. Carpenter is truly one of the most compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever met. Her staff always makes sure we can get in quickly, no matter the situation, and she takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on. Her approach is both thorough and caring, especially when it comes to palliative care and ongoing health issues. I never feel rushed—every visit feels like my pets are her top priority. I am so grateful for the kindness, patience, and expertise Dr. Carpenter shows every time. We feel truly cared for and supported, no matter what challenges come up with our boys. Highly recommend!
