We had the opportunity to work with Christian on the inspection, quote, and review process, and we have been incredibly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We selected Wagner as our contractor as we like to do business locally, and because of the responsiveness of Christian and the team in Defiance, Ohio.
We had a great experience with Wagner Roofing! Locally owned company and excellent customer service. From beginning to end, Quintin, our salesman, was top notch! Even though our project was relatively small (roof repair) they didn't treat it as such. We'll definitely be calling them again (hopefully not too soon) when it's time for a full replacement.
We were very pleased with Chase when he came to our house for an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable . He knew up front that we weren’t planning on doing a roof until spring and still treated us with respect and didn’t try to pressure us into committing that day, and that speaks volumes.
