Make sure that when you book, your appointment is with an employee of the salon, and double-check that info when they call to confirm your appointment. Even if you're speaking with someone from Tips N Toes, the tech you're scheduled with may not be a part of the salon. The technician named Shelia rents a room from the salon, but has her own business separate from that of the salon. They work in the same space, but are not responsible for her services. I am the owner of Tips N Toes Nail Salon. If you are leaving a review please make sure you leave it for the right person/place. I have one nail technician that rents a spot at my business & she has her own Facebook page for reviews as it is her own business. If you want to leave a review for her go to her Facebook page Gal’s Nails by Sheila. I don’t think it is fair that I should get negative reviews when I did not do your service.
