What an awesome job. The carpet is like new. The guys; Brent, Jake, and Michael were kind and professional and did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get their carpet cleaned, even with spots that won’t come out.
My experience with ServiceMaster was top quality. After an outside spigot blew and flooded my bedroom and living room, ServiceMaster came to my house in a timely fashion and proceeded to dry out my flooring, as well as tear out those parts that were damaged, needing replacement. Dala was great to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. From the tear out, to the drywall repair, to the shampooed area rug, ServiceMaster got the job done in a timely manner and everyone was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company!
I hired Service master to clean my Dads house after he passed. I got a quote which was laid out in detail of task from room to room and if there is anything at all you want done you have to read the quote and ask for anything extra ahead of time so the crew is ready when on site. They supplied a dumpster and I was allowed to put anything else in it after the cleaners were done. The crew was friendly, they did an amazing job and even offered to move heavy tools from the basement upstairs. I wish I could give them 10 stars because it was a great experience I highly recommend.
