“These guys are awesome. We had issues with our HVAC system for the last 2 seasons (winter and summer). Tom and Layne came out both times and got our aging system back up and running. They also knew that we were on borrowed time and let us know that they can do their best to keep it going until we decided to take the steps to replace it. Our system was well over 20+ years old and Tom’s experience and Layne’s awesome attitude to get the job done got us to this summer. Our system finally gave out in June, during the heat wave, they let us know that they would try and get I going, but she was pretty much done. Thankfully for us, the company has a financing company they work with and a couple weeks later we were bathing in the sweet embrace of a new HVAC systems air conditioning. The owner George was there at every step to walk us through the options, Jennifer, with her superior knowledge of the finance company, was there to help walk us through the process and get the ball moving. Tom, Layne and a third member of the company, whose name I did not get, worked their posteriors off to build us a refuge from the summers unforgiving heat. Once everything was installed, George (the owner yet again) came out to inspect the job and give his seal of approval and the warranty to us to make sure we knew All the fine details. Let me tell you, this small business family will take care of any of you HVAC needs! They are a prime example of what we need more of here in our community in the realm of smalls business.“
