We received excellent service from the first remodeling planning meeting to the last day of the project. The management and technical teams are all topnotch professionals, all highly skilled and personable. Our 1960s bathroom needed and received a great overhaul. The grandchildren (and us) love the large bathtub.

During 2020 and 2021, we invited five contractors into our home to look over our existing master bathroom, learn about our needs and desires and provide a written estimate for the remodeling project. To this day -- 8/9/2024 - we have not received a written estimate from any of them. To protect the "guilty", I won't post their company names. But I digress. Totally exasperated, I started researching general contractors in the Dayton area and found W.E. Bilbrey General Contractor's gallery of projects including master bathrooms and aging in place. From the first meeting to the end Bill was very friendly. He explain the whole process to us. He really took the time to answer any questions we had.The add on remodeling that bill and his crew did for our kitchen is amazing!!! We love it so much!! From the 21 custom built cabinets to the flooring, we love the new addition. We would absolutely reconnect with Bill for other home project of our house. Bill and his crew made the process very enjoyable. We would recommend him to our friends and family.
