I’ve been twice so far, and my second time there, I tried a spa-provided playlist for pregnancy that the manager had told me about during my first visit.I fell asleep and had the best hour-long nap of my life. This was truly an amazing experience. Floating in warm salt water for an hour with soft relaxing music playing in a huge float pod is truly thearpy! So relaxing and therapeutic. They give you everything from shampoo to robes! Once you finish your float you get 10 minutes of oxygen (try the lemon grass)They give you flip flops, and you can jot down your experience in the journals they have laying around while you have warm tea. Bring your swimming suit and be prepared to watch a mini video. It's worth the try!!
