Total Homecare Solutions LLC (THS) is a Supported Living and Homecare Provider. We are certified in Ohio to provide Medicaid Waiver services to elderly and disabled individuals in our community. THS was established in 2007 with the goal of providing assistance to individuals needing help with community living. In addition; THS is a leader in remote support technology and implementation. THS was one of the first companies in Hamilton County to successfully implement and monitor Individual's through the use of sensors and cameras. We try to utilize a sensor based system as much as possible to avoid having a camera in the home to ensure privacy. We service Cincinnati, Butler Co, Montgomery Co & Miami Co.

Working here has given me a new idea of what it means to supported by my company. It is a give and take, they are fast to fix mistakes and make sure that people are involved to help them not happen again. This also counts on each employee wanting to do their part as well! Meeting in the middle to ensure that my experience is great requires two sides! I am very happy I have found a place that is happy to find common ground to help me, and the company, be as successful as possible!
I worked there for a few months, I had to correct them for shortening my checks multiple times. The managers never wanted to do their job like come out when other employees did not show up for there shift. They had favoritism on who could do what. Not as professional as I expected.
