It is unfortunate that Mr. Bishop feels he had a bad experience with TJs Pets On Wheels. We agreed to a Meet and Greet which is where we determine if we can accept a job and if the pets and us are compatible. After discovering that Mr Bishop lived out of our service range we called and let him know and cancelled the Meet and Greet the next day. We put the pets first so taking on jobs too far away takes time away from us giving all the pets the attention they need.

We could not have asked for a better experience! We needed a doggy sitter last minute, and they fit us in, and even came to meet our dogs before we left! Everything was incredibly easy, we were kept in the loop the whole time we were gone, updated throughout the days with pics, and our dogs were so happy. Highly recommend!! ?

TJ has taken care of our dog and two cats for about 3 years now. Very reliable, responsive, and friendly. We've gone out of town and had last minute requests and she has always been very accommodating.
