Absolutely amazing deep tissue work. I cycle and box 4–5 times a week, and her massage therapy has made a huge difference in my recovery and mobility. She really knows how to break up tight muscle tissue and incorporates stretching in a way that leaves me feeling loose, balanced, and ready to train again. Professional, intuitive, and incredibly effective — highly recommend.
Stacey is fantastic! Honestly can’t say enough good things. Got a problem area? Tell her and she’ll make sure it’s addressed. Felt like butter when I left. Not only will I be returning but I will tell everyone I know to pay her a visit. You won’t regret it.
