Later that night, we received videos and photos via email, which explained the stretches in detail, ensuring that we had a reference for my daughter. Additionally, he provided a written warm-up routine and explanations for his recommendations, such as patella bands and insoles. Since following the treatment plan, my daughter was able to participate in a full volleyball practice with minimal to no pain for the first time in 2 years. She even mentioned that she had forgotten about her pain altogether. Although we understand that her treatment may have its ups and downs during growth spurts, it is a tremendous relief to have a doctor who equipped us with practical tools for pain management.
