We needed to order a specific promotional item, but it took a couple of months to get internal approval for the design. So by the time I brought the design to Shumsky, we were really late in getting the items out. When Steve Falknor at Shumsky asked me when we'd need the product, and I said "yesterday," clarifying to mean Shumsky's earliest possible delivery, Steve took that to heart. He treated us like we were his best customers and we had a great looking product in record time. I look forward to doing business with Steve and Shumsky again!

Reached out to Shumsky when COVID19 hit to purchase personalized logo face masks for our employees. Our rep Rachel kicked into gear and found the perfect style for us. Placed the order and within a couple weeks we were in business. Thanks for excellent service!
