Friendly and lots of laughter. I do think there could be more education in hair care, color, creativity, and time management when it comes to doing hair; understandably, sometimes there's a delay.

I hadn't had a haircut in 6 months and due to Covid-19 and finally got an appointment with Tia. She really helped me knew exactly what I wanted and I will be going back in 2 weeks for my 2nd appointment.I love my hair and Thank you Tia.???
