My furnace stopped working suddenly and I was facing a frigid week ahead with temperatures hitting 0 Fahrenheit and wind chills at approximately 10 to 20 below 0. I was super stressed out and put my three space heaters and my gas fireplace to work. Didn't get much sleep over the weekend but I left a message for Quality Heating and A/C services on Brandt Pike and on Monday morning, Lina (super nice and professional) scheduled someone out to my house within three hours. Harold worked on my furnace for 15 minutes, found the problem, cleaned the flame sensor, took out the component that was clogged causing the furnace failure, cleaned it, put it back together in just a few minutes. Furnace was back up and running within 30 minutes. I was worried before Harold arrived that I may be faced with a bill in the hundreds or a couple thousand dollars if it was a major component replacement. I was shocked that Harold fixed the system so fast and was completely honest, even in the emergency where I had with no heat. My bill was under $100 dollars. My stress level went from 80% down to 0 in that short time. I will call Quality Heating and A/C from Huber Heights next spring to have my HVAC system inspected, tuned up, and prepared for the hot and cold seasons ahead.
