“LOVED IT & LOVED TINA! When first walking in, it is the cutest shop. It's very clean. Tina is so wonderful! It was my dogs first time there so she came out sat down with her and really took the time to put my dog at ease. Tina asked lots of questions and made sure she understood what kind of cut & what length. She did a great job! I will absolutely be going back even tho I have several groomers much closer to where I live. Gentle Touch is worth the drive to me!!“

“Great experience at the Centerville location self-wash service! My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.“

“Pampered Pups is hands down the best groomer I have ever used!! Most groomers shy away from Huskies, especially huskies that have not been groomed recently. Pampered Pups may have taken 20 pounds of fur from each of the girls. Their white fun was somehow whiter than I have ever seen it! I can’t say enough about how good the girls look! We will be telling everyone how amazing you are!!!“
