The owners of the nursery are genuinely really helpful and are willing to look up a plant to see if they have it or not. If they do not, they'll provide great alternatives and even show pictures.
But, the single best part about the nursery is their selection of bonsai, cacti, succulents, herbs, and fruit trees.
I'm so impressed with how many varieties of each there were that I accidentally lost track of time walking around and one of the managers had to politely tell me that they were closing for the day.
I'll be back, that's for sure!
This place is really great. I've gotten some really cool plants here. During the quarantine I saw a snake there! I told the female who was working the cash register and she looked completely horrified so I don't think it's that common to see snakeys.
All I can say is WOW. I can not believe this gem of a store is hidden in north Dayton. I am not going to lie, the surrounding area and drive in to the area felt a little but underwhelming, however the inside of this store is a masterpiece. If you have not gone and checked out their Bonsai collection it is an absolute MUST. Over 4000 Bonsais, all aged to perfection, as well as some displays of the most beautiful bonsai trees I have ever seen. I also got my BIGGEST plant in my collection. I can not believe how large this monstera is as well as how mature/healthy. And the prices are unmatched.
