In July 2023 I hurt my hamstring playing tennis!A friend suggested New Day Physical therapy with Aaron! Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.The first appointment he took action, with dry needling, tens, and massage! I've been going to him once a week and he adds another layer of expertise to my healing regimen! I'm so happy that it's September 2023 and I'm back playing tennis and feeling sooooo much better! I am grateful for Aaron and highly recommend New Day Physical Therapy to anyone that is having any injury or pain!!! He's the best!

After struggling for years with elbow pain and grip issues, Aaron's dry needling was finally able to provide relief! It can be painful especially if like me you've been neglecting actually getting proper treatment for the problem, but the long term relief is 100% worth it. He doesn't just provide relief in the sessions, but strengthening exercises and some take-home equipment for continuing the recovery process.
