Richard did a great job. He told what needed to be done and why. After getting my approval he proceeded as he had described and cleaned out the drain blockage. Then he put a camera down the pipe and showed me right where the problem was. Again great job Richard! I will call Mr Rooter again. When I need help in the area.

Eric was extremely friendly and professional. In the end, he finished the job relatively quick, but was notably thorough and did not cut corners. He made sure everything ran properly, and then some. Worth every penny.
