I had an appointment on Aug 17th 2023 to just get a style. I told her my fiance would wash my hair and retwist it before I came up to the shop. And she said state board requires them to shampoo before a style. Which that is not true because my fiance is a licensed Cosmetologist and was an educator for 32 years. And she said there is no rule of having a stylist shampoo or cut your hair before a service. Because the client could of washed there own hair and we could of sprayed them with a waterbottle. And to me you up here trying to nickel and dime people over some dumb stuff. Quit lying to customers just to stuff money in your pocket.
