Our hot water heater went out and well within 24 hrs I had a new working one that solved everything for us and even at an incredibly reasonable price. Very thankful for this company. Highly highly recommend working with them.

Ricard was able to take care of my gas line pressure test the day after I contacted him.He did a marvelous job getting everything ready for inspection. The job passed inspection perfectly.

He installed a vanity on shirt notice. I asked him if he could pick it up at Menards in Tipp City. He agreed, then later (after standing in line at the store in Centerville) said he wanted more money because he didn't remember saying okay to Tipp City (although that is near where I live - not Centerville). I said okay so he wouldn't quit before beginning the work. I helped significantly on prepping the job. Still same price. After he left I discovered a leak and called him. That was a week ago. He has made no effort to "fit me in" and now I see the side splash needs more caulk. I will finish his job. No expectation he will reimburse me. The good part: he was available...read full review
