We had a very positive overall experience with Lavender Agency. Each one of the people who were involved with my aunt was very kind and helpful. They were very dependable and often went over and above our expectations. We were pleased with our association with them and would recommend the agency to anyone dealing with a loved one who needs some extra care.

I used Lavender Home Care for approximately three years. Was it sunshine and roses all the time? No, there were thorns, but Bernard took the time to prune them. I was always able to get issues resolved directly with him when necessary. The ladies at the house were like family. I had a great working relationship with all of them. Like any healthcare system there were scheduling bumps, however, they would get resolved. Not perfect, but I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend anyone to to use them.
