They took care of most of my problem in timely manner. But fee seemed pricy for work done, but every cost seems to be increasing. ? ($150+/hr) Technicians did great job of fixing pipes. Not sure why didn't complete job first time out.
Friendly, prompt, communicative, transparent, and take great pride in their high quality work - we’ve have Korrect out for various plumbing and hvac services (as have our neighbors) and they always blow us away. Peace of mind and work done right - I’ll say that’s the Korrect way.
Matt successfully diagnosed source of plumbing leak. Successfully installed a more reliable water supply hose and new toilet valve. Very capable technician and polite. Wore shoe protectors while in house.
