Ember & Jason are great people and it shows in the way they operate. They were able to provide me a cost upfront that was fairly priced and one of the lowest quotes I received, and then they stuck to what they said they would do. They were able to schedule me NEXT DAY, and then on the day of my appointment the technicians, Rob & Colt, called ahead and were even a little early! Rob & Colt were friendly and helpful and had everything they needed ready to go when they showed up. They got the job done quickly and I could immediately feel the cold air pouring out the vents. Furnace went out and JFK showed up much faster than I had expected. Turned out it was a problem with the thermostat. Honest as the day is long, top quality work and very professional.
