From the first call, Ember was wonderful in answering my questions and scheduling my AC unit to be repaired through my home warranty. Gary arrived and was amazing! He came on time my AC is running like new! I'm so grateful for their outstanding customer service and will definitely be looking to use them again, if necessary.

We've used JFK Heating and Cooling several times. Each time they are prompt, courteous, and professional. They understand heating and cooling well, and they work hard to make sure the entire experience is easy. JFK is by far the best company of its kind, and I'd recommend them without reservation. They are our family's go-to for all heating and cooling needs.

JFK was fantastic. They came and cleaned up a horrible install done by another local company (come to find out wasn’t licensed) that the home warranty company had sent out. Ember was great to deal with and talked me through my frustration about the situation. She made me feel comfortable and I was able to trust them after all we had gone through. They accomplished in a week what had not been accomplished in 5 months. I will continue to use them for the cleaning of the new units. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
