I have been here several years , since 2020 and the renovations done which was a joke, this place has turned into a horrible place to live. We rarely have any office personnel. I personly have been over run with roaches and bedbugs and have been told they were going to fix it but rumor has it the owner doest pay his bills, so tenants are just screwed. They are drugs in the halls, prostitution throughout, I even been threatened in the elevator. Unless something is done with in 2 weeks many of us are prepared to put our rent with the clerk of courts. Its a real shame what has happened to this place. So please stay away!!!!!! Oh and let's not forget the MICE!

Eaten alive by bed bugs since my first night 5 days ago and still being told "we don't know when we can get that done". ( Bed bug extermination). NASTY JUST NASTY!! I am not from here so had I known there was an infestation obviously I wouldn't have even breasted in this direction. Nobody claims to know anything but my neighbor found them in the bathroom after I had already paid them and moved my things into the living room. The bathroom is actually in the bedroom.I should have declined at that very moment. Nobody wants to smell ish in the bedroom anyways. WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE I HAVE MAKE. No sign of help in sight. Nice place to live. One bedroom apartment is efficient and is all I wanted. They are under new management and are efficient with taking care of issues that may arise. They are pet friendly which is wonderful. I posted pics of apartment prior to moving in and after moving in some months back. Handrails in bathroom is an additional plus for me as well.
