Our first contact was for a service call at 9:30 p.m. on a cold weekend night (Yes, they had 24-hour coverage, the service tech answered the phone!!!). He fixed our 20-year-old furnace. From that service call to the full installation of a new furnace, they were all very friendly and professional. Every person we met made us feel like our issues were their only focus and concern. The owner of the company was our contact! The service man was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew was prompt, efficient and quick. They knew what they were doing! Out of all the times I have needed service, only one time was I told her couldn't get to me that day, but later that day he showed up because he had a cancellation. If your heat or AC is out Noonan's makes every effort to help you, and I am always pleasantly surprised with the bill. Very trustworthy company.
