Made an appointment the day before, got there the next day and still waited about an hour and some. One guy asked me if I was next, I said "yes" and he then told me that this other guy is on his way. The guy never showed up. Finally one guy calls me up. Asked for a very simple cut. He then charged me 30. The prices on the wall were 15-20 for a "normal cut". That's just my experience.

I have never in my life made a review on a business, but today; Headquarters Barbershop in Dayton Mall was the last straw. Showed up with my 3 boys to get their hair cut and at 3:13pm Est these characters say that they leaving for the day. Keep in mind I called before I came and was told to come on up. Like what !!!!???? This is not the first issue time my wife and I have had issues either. My wife has been overcharged several times when the prices are clearly posted in the shop (never seems to happen when I’m present). This shop needs to go back to square one and start with real barbers who actually love what they do, not barbers who cut enough heads to get a pack...read full review

Poor service, unprofessional to leave the shop for over an hour while you have multiple people waiting on you. I had somewhere to be and its crazy that a shop who has set prices and payment option's DONT obey by them.
