New Client - I was very excited to get my hair done at this salon by the owner. I got a silk press and a cut 10/10 but the customer service to me and with me was 0/10. I was a bit emotional to do me feeling my hair wasn’t in a good state so talking with her about it made me cry a be a bit emotional. She did do her best to console me but did ask if I was in therapy. She thought I felt like I was a bad person but I didn’t I’ve just gone through a lot and my hair means a lot to me . She downplayed that saying it shouldn’t be and much of my other emotions. My mother & I have been going for quite a long time. Not only are the stylist professional but their personable most importantly they focus on HAIR CARE other than giving you a hair ste that's sheer fire ??????Service: Perms

Chelsea did an excellent job with our hair. I called a week prior to make appointments for my daughter and I since we would be in Dayton for a special event. She took her time, was punctual, patient, professional, and made us feel at home. I would return if I was in the area.Service: Hairstyling
