This company is just a facilitator for repair. When you call the company, they charge you $70 for a service call. They then call a local repairman and have them respond. My refrigerator repair was $350 through the repairman plus $70 for the "service call" through Dayton Dynamic Appliance. Had I just gone direct to the repairman, I would have avoided this $70 service fee.This, company, at least in my situation, did not send their own repairman out. I'll do my research, save, $70 and go direct next time.

Bad.Called to schedule an appointment. They require a credit card to hold the reservation. Fine. After I gave it they said there's a $30 cancellation fee. I asked them not to book the reservation and they hung up on me and I got a text saying the reservation was confirmed.Had to call back 3 times to get the reservation cancelled and the charge removed. We'll see in 3-5 business days if they follow through.
