They did a great job finding and clearing main clog. Explained why it happened and told me what to do to keep my drain clear and my basement from backing up. Then billed me exactly as they said. Excellent company!

Our friend who is a plumber recommended Drain Tech for our drain blockage. Alan the technician knew it was our main sewer line as soon as he looked at the problem. He ran a camera down the pipe and saw the blockage about 65 foot. It was tree roots. He then ran a snake and cut the roots out. Alan educated me all about pipes and the problems you can have. He did a great job and I will always call Drain Tech if we have any more problems and will recommend them to family and friends.

Drain Tech came out to my house on July 5th and I was so impressed that I've already recommended to friends twice and they've had the same great experience! I had a nightmare scenario with another company that couldn't resolve my issue after 5 visits and multiple headaches. Alan and Trevor arrived and assured me they wouldn't leave until the job was done. Less than 1 hour 45 minutes later, the job was done and they were out the door.
