I love Dr Jeanne and her staff. They are always there when needed. I have been going to her for years. My Mother went to Dr Clem and she absolutely loved him. So personable.

Jeanne M Kirkland the Primary Care - has Discriminated against my daughter - failed to treat my daughter on two separate occasions. Where she herself advised her to go to the emergency room in November and the Emergency room Staff was in disbelief! The second time for treatment in September she advised to seek treatment elsewhere. My daughter has insurance and paid her in full in November, but guess what? She mailed the a check back from November 2020 to my daughter who received it today 9/22/2021 for care she never provided! Alarming I wouldn’t recommend- Alert find another provider!

Terrible experience, first the receptionist is extremely rude and does not care about you. I've heard her curse over the phone to a patient over his payment, very unprofessional and rude!! I asked about weekend appointments and she laughs at me and tells me she's not coming in there, and God forbid you want a later appointment that keeps them from going home early! She just wants to go home and not deal with people. The doctor is also more likely to just throw pills at you and tell you to come back in a month for everything. I had a cold/sinus infection for almost 6 months and she just kept prescribing different antibiotics every month and I almost had to go... read full review
