Great place to train! The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, and I always have a great time. The instruction is top notch with well structured easy to follow lessons and one on one guidance. Coach Chris is a great example of what a coach should be: attentive, passionate, friendly, and he cares a lot about his team. If you’re looking for a great team environment to grow and learn martial arts I can’t recommend Dayton MMA enough.
Fantastic culture and atmosphere. Professor Chris and the entire crew at Dayton were extremely accommodating and friendly during my visit here. High quality jiu jitsu and an even greater group of individuals to meet.
I was in Dayton for a week on business. I stopped in here for a no-gi class and the advance class. This place is great! The coaches are very knowledgeable and the students were very welcoming. The community here was strong and I could tell that was very important to Coach Chris. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.
