Where to start? I just lost my mom last night and it's still crushing me at the moment. I wanted to write this review while the feelings are still fresh. I can't even begin to say how amazing all of the Crossroads staff have been. Each and every one of them that we had a visit from are incredible people. I've never encountered a more professional and compassionate group of people in my life. They cared for my mom just like she was their own mom. I will highly recommend Crossroads to anyone that has family needing home care. to the kind, beautiful nurse who sat with my grandma and i until she passed, and held me and comforted me and let me cry after i held her hand until the end. thank you. thank you for keeping her safe and comfortable in her most vulnerable state. i’ve always had anxiety about hospice, but crossroads did their job and did it right. thank you for being so lovely and compassionate to my family and i. losing someone you love to dementia is extremely hard, but going through this without hospice would have been even harder.

When I was Kettering Home Health Care mentioned hospice. They said to call Crossroads. I'd already been with Dayton Hospice. Did nothing for me at all. Within 2 weeks of being with Crossroads I started emproving. My nurse, Jenni and bath aide, Brandy are the greatest. They work close together and make sure I'm comfortable. Jenni calls between visits to make sure I'm ok and if I need her she's right here. I don't know about the rest of them but you can tell that these 2 actually care about their patients.
