I had another heating and air company come out and tell me that I had to replace the whole system for my AC unit. When Keith came out to give me an estimate for replacement, he knew I was leery about actually needing to replace it, so he suggested that I have one of their techs that has alot of experience with the brand that I have come out and look at it. I agreed and Andrew came out and was very knowledgeable and also actually took the time to educate me about my unit which I appreciate. Salesman was very informative & helpful. My house is 109 years old. The installers did a wonderful job installing a/c system. They always kept me informed & cleaned up after themselves every day. Very satisfied with butler heating !! highly recommend them
