We had the pleasure of working with Keith and Wade Jr. for our heat pump and propane furnace install with new ductwork.
Keith was extremely knowledgeable of the system being installed. He was able to answer every technical question I had about the system, which there were a lot of.
The install was of extremely high quality, in large part because of Wade's attention to detail.
I highly recommend Butler Heating and Air. We are very happy with the great people and the great install!
We needed all three of our 30-year-old rooftop HVAC units replaced. After getting quotes from three HVAC companies, we chose Butler because they had the lowest pricing, and their recommendations made perfect sense. They were very accommodating of our business schedule, most of the work was done over a weekend (when we were closed). Quality of the work was top-notch and I would highly recommend them.
Greg and the rest of the Butler crew have been fantastic to work with. They listened to my questions and concerns with patience, and worked quickly to replace my heat pump. I've only had to follow up once with them about a minor issue, and they were out fixing it soon after. They have also gone above and beyond to help me to address the high humidity I've dealt with since living here. Which is saying something, since I've had a few contractors seemingly give up on the issue and (politely) tell me to just deal with it. I have no qualms about recommending Butler to others.
