This DIY experience was AWESOME! Scott and his team are extremely knowledgeable experts and were able to help us with an exact plan of attack. They explained each step and answered every question. Believe me I had a few. They also made themselves available if we had any questions once we started the process. When we found the pest problem and reached out they went above and beyond and met us after hours so that we could get started straightaway. I had Scott come down to heat my house for bed bugs and I was throwing things away like crazy and he told me to quit throwing things away and when he got done I guarantee you there is nothing living in that house after they're done it is the best job I ever had done by anybody I give him a five star any day and Scott if you see this message thank you a lot
